When receiving the goods, please pay attention to:
Before signing, please check the outer packaging of the goods, the seal of the box/plastic bag, and the weight is obviously light.
If the outer packaging is damaged or there are obvious tear marks at the seal, you are required to check the goods in person (in front of the dispatcher) and make a note on the waybill before signing for cargo. If the dispatcher refuses to inspect the goods, please select Reject.
If the goods are damaged, missing, or wrongly purchased after receiving the goods, please take a photo (express delivery form/commodity packaging/weighing photo/delivery list, etc.) and submit details at the order operation to apply for a claim.
If there is no objection within 24 hours after the package is signed, it is deemed that the user has defaulted that the product has no problem. No complaints will be accepted after the deadline.
