01. Usually, parcel arrived to warehouse, we only inspect the outer package in good condition.
If need to check the products quanlity / colour and size etc you may request an Add-on service on Cloud Warehouse before submit Ship For Me order. If there any shortage or damage etc situation can contact seller for verify or return to seller in time.
Note: Losses caused by reasons other than our warehouse will not be liable for compensation.
a.For fragile products are recommended request an Add-on service to inspection + reinforced to reduce the risk of damage.
b.Usually are not offer return/exchange or compensation. Therefore, if product damage you are required to bear this risk.
Policy
02. Delivery method of Air Freight or Small Sea, Majority of couriers base their shipping rate on either the actual weight or volumetric weight of a parcel, whichever is the greater.
If your item is large and takes up a lot of space when being moved about, the cost is greater for the courier to cover.
VOLUME: Terms means Volumetric weight or Dimensional weight
FORMULA: Measure size (Length x Width x Height in centimetres) / Factor = Volumetric weight
HALF-VOLUME FORMULA：Actual weight + Volumetric weight / 2 = Half-volume weight
Additional handling fee will be charged for request to cancel order / repacking or change address after complete packed.
Delivery
03. Parcels are delivered by third-parties, you are required to self-assessment and bear this risk.
As a service platform, we integrate multi third-party logistics providers to provide you with Buy For Me and Ship For Me services. But do not bear the risks caused by customs policies and cross-border logistics such as fines, damages, parcel lost, delivery delays, etc. However, we will help to provide timely risk reminders, delivery insurance, etc to reduce the risk.
High-value products are strongly recommended to purchase delivery insurance services to protect your rights.

Secure your parcel with Delivery Insurance, deliver back from China no more worry. For only 3% fee of your parcel value and delivery Insurance will ensure your shipment is secured from loss (Lost Parcels) with a maximum up to CNY10,000 coverage. (NOT Covered: Fragile item/ Damaged during shipping / Confiscated by customs)
For without insurance, able compensation with a maximum of CNY300 only.
