To accept and process status

To accept means waiting for the operator to review the order information; to process means waiting for the warehouse to arrange picking and packaging

To pay status

To pay means the order has been packaged and is waiting for the customer to arrange payment for the order

To ship and to receive status

To ship means the customer has paid the order fee and is waiting for the warehouse to arrange shipment; to receive means that the order has been shipped and is waiting for the customer to sign for receipt

Completed status

Completed means the order has completed all processes

1. To Accept

Our company has received the waybill submitted by the customer and is waiting for the operator to review the data. If the information is not clear/detailed enough, the customer will be contacted for confirmation.


2. To Process

The operator has reviewed the delivery information and other information and transferred it to the warehouse for processing and packaging.


3. To Pay

The warehouse has completed the order packing, weighing and calculating the freight, waiting for the customer to check and pay the freight. If there are special circumstances that need to delay payment, customers can manually delay the package deadline.


4. To Ship

The customer has paid for the order and is waiting for the warehouse to arrange shipment.


5. To Receive

The package has been shipped and in transit, waiting for the customer to sign for the package.


6. Add-on Service

Add-on service are required for a single waybill, and the order fee cannot be paid during the task processing. This option is not available after paying the order fee.


7. Completed

The order has gone through all the process, looking forward to your next shipment.
